Consultation and Estimates

Initial consultations are provided free of charge. Detailed estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue and subject to site conditions and material availability.

Payment Terms

Payment schedules vary by project size. Typically, a deposit is required to commence work, with progress payments throughout the project and final payment upon completion.

Warranties and Guarantees

We provide a 12-month guarantee on all plant installations and a 24-month warranty on hardscaping work, subject to normal wear and proper maintenance.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
